Nutrition information is entered exclusively by restaurants and is not reviewed by Fascano.

Fascano is not a medical entity and bears no responsibility for dietary decisions.

Restaurants are fully responsible for the accuracy of nutrition data.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We may share data with delivery partners, payment providers, and hosting services as necessary.

Fascano is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

5. Data Security & User Rights

We apply reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data unless legally required to retain it.

6. Changes to This Policy

Fascano may update this policy at any time.

Updates will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

Changes take effect after seven (7) business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fascano is not liable for indirect damages.

Total liability shall not exceed payments made in the last three (3) months.
